Sony Xperia T2 Ultra emmeliki bodi yang jumbo yaitu dengan dimensi 165,2 x 83,8 x 7,7 mm dan bobot yang lumayan berat yaitu 171,7 gram. Untuk layar, perangkat ini di bekali layar berukuran 6,0 inci resolusi 720 x 1280 piksel tipe IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen dengan 16 juta warna serta kearapat 245 ppi yang membuat tampilan layar lebih jernih dan tajam.
Sektor dapur pacu, Sony Xperia T2 Ultra mengusung chipset Qualcomm MSM8928 Snapdragon 400 dengan prosesor Quad -core berkecapatan 1.4 GHz Cortex – A7 di padukan dengan pengolahan grafis Adreno 305 dan RAM 1GB. Dengan spesifikasi dapur pacu tersebut Sony T2 Ultra ini akan memberikan pengalaman yang baik untuk membuka aplikasi maupun bermain game bagi penggunanya. Untuk sistem oeprasi berjalan dengan OS Android OS v4.3 Jelly Bean yang direncanakan akan upgrade ke v4.4.2 KitKat.
Dari sisi kamera menggunakan 13 MP, 4128 x 3096 pixels, autofocus, LED flash dengan fitur Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, image stabilization, HDR, sweep panorama pada bagian belakang, dan untuk kamera depan menggunakan kamera 1.1 MP, 720p@30fps.
